“Oh Lord, God Almighty, the Negev was on your heart for a long time, a # 1 priority regarding Your plans for the full restoration of the House of Israel Your people, not only the Jews but also the tribes. It will be as though You had not driven them into exile. You promise by Your prophets of old that You will fetch the House of Jacob – which are all of the tribes – even from the remotest parts of the earth, and leave none of them remaining among the nations anymore. You said You will not do this for their sake but for Your Holy Name’s sake, vindicating Your Name in the eyes of all the nations where Your people have been scattered. There are those who say the lost tribes are lost for good and will never return. Yet Your promises are sure, even Yes and Amen in Yeshua as we pray in His Name, and pure like silver purified in the earth 7 times. We rejoice and give You thanks for bringing the whole House of Jacob back, making of Judah and of Ephraim one stick, one nation.

“You have brought the tribe from Ethiopia home, and one half-tribe of Menasseh from India. Now You are also preparing to bring the other half tribe of Menasseh home, which is the Maasai in Kenya and Tanzania. You worked miracles for Your messenger Elinor to meet a great chief of the Maasai in Kenya to deliver to him Your promise that You will bring them home to the Promised Land – as they have believed for generations – the other half tribe of Menasseh, pg 05. This is what the chief told Elinor that has been passed on to every generation: A man by the name of Moses led them out of Egypt through the Great Sea into the Promised Land, and one day He will lead them back home again.

“Thousands of years ago You already declared the Midbar to become as fruitful as Gan Eden, and the Aravah as beautiful as the Garden of the Lord. It shall rejoice and blossom; like the crocus it shall blossom abundantly, and rejoice with joy and singing, with melody and music. Hence, fill the Negev with orchards, fields and forests, giving the glory of Lebanon to it, the majesty of Carmel and Sharon with their fields and vineyards, orchards, and gardens, as well as pastures for herds of cattle and flocks of sheep and goats.”

“Lord, Your Negev Desert comprises 60% of Israel’s landmass but is home to just 8% of the country’s population. Already now, in our days, the farmers of the Negev can raise up 12 crops in 1 year due to the underground sea known as the ‘waters of creation,’ which you, Lord, caused to spring up in the Midbar and flow down into the Aravah, literally as is written. You also planted trees which do not grow on barren ground, like the cedars, myrtle, olive trees, cypress, fir, and pine. Yes, You even caused the first waters rushing into the former 7 riverbeds of the Negev, and what’s more, You are preparing to return the tribes (Ps 126:4) very soon. Therefore You sent our teams out and had us decree and declare and seal the fulfillment of these Your Words over the Negev in April 2015 and 2017; and in April 2023 to clear and cleanse the Negev of the demonic occupants, which had been cast there to Azazel for centuries.”

“We pray, Holy One of Israel, for the Jewish National Fund (JNF) to succeed with their initiative called Blueprint Negev to revitalize Southern Israel, to improve quality of life for all residents of the region and encourage a population shift from crowded, expensive Israel to double the population of the South. Today, Beer-Sheva and the surrounding communities are blooming in a once barren desert. JNF’s Blueprint Negev calls for the population of the South to double in size. These cities are setting the pace to make that dream reality.”

There are many and great challenges, Lord, for the development of the Negev: A scarce water supply and the task of building sewage, irrigation and energy systems, a lack of infrastructure for housing; a lack of amenities to support a good quality of life; and a need for more job opportunities. Many areas in which JNF has invested are proving that Israel’s master plan is on the fast track to success. Here’s how it’s happening:

“Therefore we pray for the NEGEV 2020 PLAN which encompasses

“With great joy and gladness we confess the blooming and growth of trees, abundant fruitfulness of orchards, fields, vineyards, and settlements and villages founded and towns built, a fully working infrastructure to receive and support both returning Jews and tribal exiles, with the underground sea watering this rich agriculture for a 1000 years while the restored streams as predicted in Ps 126 will provide clean, good water for your people’s daily life.”

“We also pray for the NEGEV 2020 PLAN, and for the government’s plan to bring in 300,000 new immigrants to the Negev; ensuring employment for an additional 200,000 people. We lift up to you, Lord, these recently founded settlements Carmit, Shlomit, Eliav, Naveh, and Beni Netsarim; also the already existing villages and towns of Halutza, Zuqim, Sapir, Mitzpe Ramon, Adora, Alei Zahav, and Alfei Menashe; and the towns Dimona, Yeroham and Metar. These cities are setting the pace to make that dream reality. We ask and pray, bless, prosper and increase them. “

“And now, Father in heaven, who calls Israel Your own Land, we thank you that You made room for us, a team of 6 of your children, filled with faith and excitement, and were with us when You sent us out on the assignment that had to be postponed due to the corona virus restrictions. But this spring 2023, between Pesach and the Memorial days, You sent us out to decree, declare and seal Your Word over the entire Negev, transmitted forth with the shofar, to clear and cleanse the Negev of its demonic occupants, while Your angels gathered them together and took them into a place void of all life, a dark place, to be their habitat until the time of judgment.”

“Lord, who would have thought what you would make of the place where Abraham, Isaac and Jacob had been encamped? You have transformed the deathlike, unsightly and rubbishy Beer Sheva into the Metropolis of the Negev, while you plan to metamorphose Eilat into a spearhead for the Gospel and a center for intercessors and prayer warriors to gather, and for concerts of worship in spirit and in truth, to go forth into the whole region. Let us who received a burden for the Negev, for the whole South, be of one united heart, mind and purpose to pray Psalm 126 into fulfillment, free from our own agendas and to make ourselves a name.”

“In the Name of Yeshua we decree and declare by faith, in accordance with Your Word, Abba, the Negev fully restored, blooming and blossoming with orchards and crops of every kind, especially with large fields of grain, with pastures for herdsmen and their cattle, and for shepherds and their flocks. Let an infrastructure arise to support the hundreds of thousands of new immigrants without destroying the unique nature of the Negev and to preserve its wildlife in special reservations, to remain untouched by expansionary and greedy men.”

“We pray, believing Your promise for the Negev to be fulfilled in our time, in Yeshua’s Name. Amen and Amen.”
