“Beloved Father in heaven, about 30 years ago You already spoke of Your plan of a New Move of a Double Portion because the time has come to gather in Your great harvest. You told us, Your daughters, to search Your Word about doing something new You have not done before (Isa. 48:18-19), such as a new move of Your great power, a double portion (2 Kings 2:9-10). You told us to form prayers with the words we would find, and VOICE them with all faith. You said that this is how You create what does not as yet exist (Ro 4:17); like a child filling a form with sand creates the shape of the form he patted full with sand.”

“And You solemnly declared: ‘I am the LORD [YHVH]; that is My name! I will not yield My glory to another or My praise to idols, See, the former things have come to pass, and new things I, the LORD, declare now; before they spring forth I tell you of them.'”

“Then You said that You, the LORD, have created the right of the firstborn, and that Jacob, Your servant, will be chief among the nations  (Jer.31:7).  Therefore You decided to allot to him a double portion (Deut. 21:17), also for all of his sufferings and the years of exile¹. You will restore to him double, and create Your New Move of a Double Portion in his land You did restore to him (Isa. 61:7). You will sow Your new move in the south of Israel, at the gateway of Your land, at the Red Sea. Then You will ride with Your New Move across the Negev on the whirlwinds of the South (Zech. 9:14; Isa. 21:1) up to Jerusalem.”

“Jerusalem, Jerusalem, whose stones You have engraved in the palms of Your hands. With her shall You begin Your new move, Zion whom You have always loved. From there You shall send Your double portion into the furthermost parts of the earth, like the heart sends the blood into the remotest parts of the body. To Joseph also You promised a double portion, and to Israel, Your beloved (Gen. 48:1-22).”

“Moreover the Negev, the barren south of Your land, shall become a hub of prosperity, of life (Ezek. 36:35), a double portion for Your returning exiles, Jacob’s dispersed tribes from among the nations.”

“Then You commanded us, your intercessors, to decree, declare and proclaim Your decision, Your will for the New Move of a Double Portion, rather than petitioning You. For not only will the same works Yeshua did be done, but greater works than these for You, Almighty Father in heaven, be glorified in Your Son.”

“Yes, Lord, as You have said, so be it; what You spoke, so shall it be done. Therefore, we decree and declare henceforth the miracles and deeds of your great power in the days of the Old covenant, and the miracles, wonders and mighty signs of Yours in the early days of the New covenant, COMBINED into a twofold portion: double in power, in glory and anointing, and double in mighty deeds, miracles, signs and wonders, performing what has not been seen and done before.”

“Several of Your servants of Yours also spoke od You preparing something new, something of such great glory and power as has not been seen or known befoee. The Holy Spirit confirmed, “They are speaking of My New Move of a Double Portion.”

God’s Whirlwinds of the South

“Therefore, what was done by You and in Your name in the Old and New covenant days, we decree and declare it a divine manifestation of Your power and great glory in our days, surpasssing all that has been done before. Oh Lord of the harvest, may it raise up obedient ones, bold, fearless, full of faith, who will go forth in this new double power and anointing of Yours, gathering in Your harvest. We decree and declare Your great glory to be revealed in all of the earth, for Your salvation to reach all of mankind before the end comes.”

“Clearly, Abba, this Your New Move is of a foremost priority in Your heart, to be laid hold of by the Body of Messiah, as the 4 horsemen of Revelation are about to be released, and disasters and catastophes, violence, terror and war spread across the globe, to eventually culminate in the death of 1/3 of mankind. You and Yeshua commanded Your children to take dominion in the earth with the Gospel. Instead, we see the followers of Islam taking dominion while the Body of Messiah Yeshua has kept it easygoing like the 5 foolish virgins, failing to be prepared.”

“Apart from Your New Move of a double portion, billions will die, unsaved in Yeshua, because the Church as a whole has been too weak to fulfill Yeshua’s Great commission.”

“The time has come to create Your new move of a double portion, according to what is written in Your Word: here at the Southern gate of Israel at the Red Sea – at the Gulf of Aqaba and Eilat. As Your people passed through that Sea dryshod when leaving Egypt, You have destined this Sea once more to become a passage for salvation; may the Gospel light shine along the Red into the nations bordering that Sea, ransoming those who are predestined to be Yours, asd well as deep into the Negev.”

“Abba, Lord of the harvest, the whirlwinds of the South are in readiness, waiting for You to ride on them with Your New move of a double portion up to Jerusalem, and from there sending it into the directions of heaven and earth to gather in a harvest before WWIII and the death of 2.63 billion.”

“We thereforee decree and declare this Your New Move separate and undefiled from what religious men and women have done, preached, taught and created not in accordance with Your Word of Truth. May You call forth now teachers, prophets and apostles, ordained and prepared by You from before the foundation of the world to minister to this harvest of newly born again believers, raising up Your Tabernacle not made with hands, but built from Living stones (1 Pe 2:5) of like kind and nature with Yeshua, the Living Corner Stone.”

“We decree and declarein the authoeity of King Yeshua, for them to go forth in the power and anointing of Your New Move of a Double Portion to every people, nation, tribe and tongue, into every corner of the earth, gathering in the least and the last of all who belong to Yeshua, before the end shall come.”

“We furthermore decree and declare by faith that all falsehood, all works raised up in Yeshua’s Name that are serving the desires and purposes of their founders and not Chrisr’s interesrs, be brought low and exposed in the sight of all for their self-serving, impure motives. Let Your New Move of a Double Portion act like a broom sweeping Your House, clearing it of all impurities; like a threshing instrument, separating the wheat from the chaff, with the Holy Spirit scattering the chaff into all the winds and into the eternal fire. Let Your New Move of a Double Portion bring down all pretenders but strengthen and lift up every firm and devoted disciple, to serve You in Your many fields, orchards and vineyards, ripe and ready for harvest.”

Joel 2:22-24
“Do not be afraid, O beasts of the field, for the open pastures have turned green, the trees bear their fruit, and the fig tree and vine yield their best. 23 Be glad, O children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God, for He has given you the autumn rains for your vindication. He sends you showers, both autumn and spring rains, as before. 24The threshing floors will be full of grain, and the vats will overflow with new wine and oil.…”

Exodus 14:31  “We also decree the old river bed dry and forsaken, and a new river bed be created flowing with the mighty waters of Your New Move of a Double Portion, the early and the latter rain COMBINED (Jer. 51:24), filling up this new river bed to bring new life everywhere it flows. New, clean, pure life bringing waters is what You, O Lord our God, are creating, as You are combining the Old and New Covenant manifestations into one New, Double move in these closing days of the end time.”

“May this new move uproot lying religions and doctrines, and thresh man-made traditions and works, until the brightness and truth of Your Kingdom, the very Sun of righteousness, shall arise over Jacob, over Israel Your people and over the Church, and over Your eternal city, Jerusalem, shining forth into the farthest corners of the earth.”

“Therefore, in accordance with Your Word and perfect will  – for ir is easier for heacen and earth to pass away than for a single vowel sign of all of Your Word (Luke 16:17); nor can Scripture be broken (John 10:35) – we drcree and declare with confidence and all faith, in a spirit of humility and meekness of heart, in Yeshua’s authority, Your New Move of a Double Portion be birthed into the earth here, at Israel’s Southern Gate, by Your intercessors’ prayers of faith, to bring into existence what does not exist.”

“King of Israel, ride with the whirlwinds of the South through the Negev on Your new move of a double portion up to Jerusalem, and from there send forth your sons of Zion, [pg 04], your obedient ones, together with the companies of angels you assigned to them, to go gather in Your harvest.”

“Be with them and perform what You have spoken and purposed long ago. In the mighty and glorious Name of Yeshua we decree, declare and confess it done. Amen and Amen.”
