Shalom shalom. May you come to experience the peace of God that surpasses all human understanding in the midst of upheaval and trials. May you experience Yeshua’s grace carrying you when weakness and tiredness is overwhelming you. May you feel His gentle Presence embracing and holding you when all strength has left you, and hear His Voice saying soothing words.
The present state of affairs here in he Middle East is like watching a spider weave his web or watching a fuse burn its way until it strikes the dynamite – then, ka-booom!
Perhaps President Trump thought that displaying America’s military might in conjunction with serious threats would intimidate the Iranian regime. On the contrary! Iran had warned how they would retaliate to any US attack and now Iran is firing its missiles all across the Middle East and into Europe.
What is actually behind the Iranian might and the relentless assault on Israel is unseen by both the politicians and the military.
1. The Iranian regime is supported by a powerful principality introduced in the Book of Daniel where Daniel is being held up for twenty-one days by the demonic prince of Persia. This same demon possessed the Ayatollah Khomeini when he returned from his exile in Paris. Immediately, through Khomeini, this demon began the spread of fanatic Islam with violence, intimidation, fear and bloodshed. Unless this powerful principality is bound and rendered useless, the Iranian regime will continue to embroil the whole region into a war. Yet, rendered powerless by the might of Israel’s Redeemer, the Iranian regime will collapse like a house of cards.
2. All hell knows that Israel’s King, Messiah Yeshua’s return to His people, His nation, His city Jerusalem, is at hand. It may still be a few decades away, but this is a mere blinking of an eye for Whom 1000 years are like a day. Desperate to prevent Yeshu’s Return, the forces of darkness are determined to annihilate Israel. For this reason, there will be no long-term peace for Israel but, like a woman in travail, she will suffer birth-pangs until her Messiah-King places His feet upon the Mt. of Olives, putting an end to the war against Jerusalem.
It is fascinating that those very nations who, for decades financed terrorism upon Israel, are now themselves being attacked. Iran has fired ballistic missiles at several locations beyond Cyprus and Crete, primarily targeting Israel and US-linked military sites. Key locations include Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Jordan,Turkey, due to US bases spread throughout the Middle East.
Meanwhile, Europeans have unanimously slandered the descendants of Nazi victims by accusing them of committing genocide in Gaza themselves.
Really???!!!
Is there another nation which, in wartime, warns their enemy’s civilian population in advance to seek shelter from imminent bombing on the enemy’s infrastructure? Does this sound like genocide? Sadly, the Gazans are reaping the fruit of their own doing – voting for and supporting Hamas. Even Gazans who had worked in Israeli Kibbutzim informed Hamas terrorists about their Israeli employers’ whereabouts so as to kill them.
When God commanded King Saul to wipe out Amalek, He showed no mercy or pity on women, babies or children.
Now, even European nations are getting a taste of what Israel has suffered for decades but especially over the last two years. As long as the many thousands of missiles launched from the south, the north and the east hit Israel’s civilian communities, it was acceptable; they were only Jewish cities and towns. It was quite enjoyable to protest against the Jews and feel self-righteous for standing with the poor, “innocent” Gazans while Hamas gave the Israelis what they deserved.
But, now Iran has hit them as well. Are they crazy? Iran’s long-range missile capabilities now threaten cities such as London, Paris, Berlin, and Rome. For example, Crete hosts crucial U.S. and NATO installations, primarily concentrated around the Souda Bay area on the Akrotiri Peninsula. The central hub is Naval Support Activity (NSA) Souda Bay, a U.S. Navy base. Iran struck the British on Cyprus where two Sovereign Base Areas (SBAs) are maintained: Akrotiri in the west and Dhekelia in the southeast. These 98-square-mile territories, established in 1960, function as permanent military bases with RAF Akrotiri serving as a vital strategic hub for Middle East operations, fast jet training, and logistics.
Suddenly, these nations who before were judgmental spectators find themselves embroiled in a war that started on Oct. 7, 2023 when Hamas (who was trained and supported by Iran) committed a Shoah in Israel in accordance with the Iranian regime’s plan.
God has warned America and four European nations not to put their boots on the ground in a war that would break out in the Middle East. The reference was especially to the war that will kill 1/3 of mankind, but the emphasis was not to get drawn into a Middle East conflict.
Already, Europeans are suffering economically from the closure of the Straits of Hormuz and the Suez Canal. It remains a mystery how Israel, with an unending war of over two years is prospering and doing well. Might the God of Jacob, the Holy One of Israel have something to do with it?
Apart from genuine believers in and disciples of Yeshua, no one grasps that it was the miraculous doing of the Guardian of Israel that thousands of missiles and drones caused minimum damage and very few deaths.
Had Trump not so threatened and invaded Teheran, the other nations would not have suffered from Iran’s attacks. Israel did not ask for America’s help, Netanyahu very clearly stated that Israel took care of her own defense. But Israel loved Trump’s decision to join in the bombing which has led to Iranian retaliation, especially daily bombing all across Israel.
Now Trump is considering to put troops into Iran, the very thing God said definitely NOT TO DO!!! The same warning went to the four European nations – Britain, Germany, Italy and Finland. Why would they enter this conflict? Because of the oil? Because of ships not bringing their desperately needed cargo?
I know no greater power than prayer – WORD PRAYER – to deal with this situation. And I know no greater might than the Blood and the Cross of Messiah Yeshua [Jesus Christ] and His Name which overcome even the greatest adversary. All must bow to Him Who has won the victory over all. They cannot undo or overturn the eternal power of His Blood and Cross but are overcome and defeated by it for all time. And His Name rules over all in heaven, on earth, under the earth and in the seas, whether in the past, in the present or in the time to come.
Be watchful and prepared. Beware of ‘showmen’ apostles and prophets. Discern by the Holy Spirit what is genuine and true, and what is false. And let us not grow weary in praying and believing, trusting, and hoping in God, no matter what.
These will be the greatest days for the Kingdom of God but for the world, things will go from bad to worse. Pray for and uphold Israel if you hope to be her fellow-citizen and co-heir in the Millennial Reign to come. While you support her from a safe distance, Israeli sons and daughters, brothers, husbands and fathers are shedding their blood and laying down their lives for the survival of the nation of Israel, the inheritance to which Yeshua will return.
